Shared kitchen and living room. Derek doesn't cook but sometimes there's food in the fridge that belongs to him. You'll know which food is his because it will be warm even though the fridge is cold. Don't eat it. Don't ask about it. He's nice, he's just private.
550 CR/mo, split utilities three ways. Derek pays his share on time and in cash, always exact change, always left on the kitchen counter between 3 and 4 AM. Great roommate honestly. You just don't see him much. Or at all, technically.
